Many people have had problems using the Email feature on the Windows versions using America Online. AOL will not tell the name of their outgoing mailserver, so we have decided to let the AOL users bounce the report emails off our server. Here are the instructions for setting up our Windows versions to use our mail server.

1. Run whichever product you have (GS, GSF, FB, FBF, FT, PP, PPF, PPP)
2. Click on File, then click on Internet Setup
3. On the new window that pops up, there should be 2 tabs at the top. Click on the one that says 'Mail'
4. Leave Mail Server User Name blank
5. For (SMTP) Outgoing Mail Server put: fsc.cfld.com
6. Put your name as you would like it to appear on your emails in the Your Name box
7. Put your regular email address (i.e. WES@aol.com) in the Your Email Address box

If you are getting an error message that says something to the effect of "Cannot Resolve Hostname..", make sure you are connected to AOL when you try to email out reports.
